Ingredients:

1. Capsicum sliced into 1 cm thickness
2. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder as per taste
3. 2 boiled potatoes and mashed
4. 1/2 cup boiled and mashed corn
5. 2 Chopped chillies
6. 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
7. 1 Tsp cumin powder & coriander powder
8. Salt to taste
9. Garam Masala
Method:
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients well and fill in the capsicum slices and shallow fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with Roti.
