For Weight Loss
Ingredients
1. Pepper powder--1 tsp
2. Lemon Juice- 4 tsps.
3. Honey -1 tsp
4. Warm water- 1 glass
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients and have once a day preferably in morning.

Sweet Corn Snack
Ingredients:
1. Corn Seeds - 2 cups
2. Finely chopped onion- 1 cup
3. Finely chopped green chillies as required
4. Corn flour 2 tsbp
5. Finely chopped coriander - 1 tbsp.
6. Rice flour - 1tsp
7. Turmeric -1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Make coarse paste of Corn in grinder.
2. Add one by on the above ingredients.

4. Make balls with hand and press to make as shown in picture.
5. Heat oil in deep pan, and fry till golden brown
6. Serve with mint chatni or tomato ketchup.

Dark elbows & Knees
Remedies for Dark Elbows and Knees:
1. Lemon juice and coconut oil:
Method:
- Mix one teaspoon of coconut oil with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass bowl.
- Rub the mixture to elbows and knees.
- Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Wipe off the excess mixture with paper towels.
2. Sugar and Olive oil:
Method:
- Mix one tablespoon of olive oil with one teaspoon of sugar.
- Mix well like to a scrubbing paste
- Rub the mixture to elbows and knees before taking bath
- Do this daily and you can see the difference in a week.

Remedy to prevent Hair Greying
1. Onion & Lemon juice:
Ingredients
Onion Juice
Lemon juice
Method:
- Extract Onion juice with the help of blender.
- Extract lemon juice
- Mix 80% of onion juice with 20% lemon juice.
- Apply on the Scalp and leave it for 1 hour
- Rinse hair thoroughly
- Do this twice a week.
2. Curry leaves:
Ingredients
Curry leaves
Coconut oil
Water
Method
- Throw a handful of curry leaves into an average size pot of boiling water.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and boil for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the leaves turn black.
- Remove and leave to cool for 20 minutes before straining the oil into a container.
- Massage your scalp and hair with the oil 4 to 5 times a week, preferably before bedtime.
- Leave on overnight and wash off in the morning.
